These people are really pleasant to interact with. They make the process of renting and storing a little easier by answering inquiries quickly and finding the right size locker for your needs. The storage facility is clean, the lockers are well maintained, and everything is very easily accessible. The gates and the property are monitored by surveillance, so that adds an extra layer to the peace of mind while storing your belongings here. The property is always cleared of snow in a timely fashion as well. The cost of renting a unit here is very reasonable, and they're very honest and renter-focused. It isn't all about dollar signs to them, and that's another big reason we stuck with them. They also helped us upgrade our storage quickly, the process was smooth, and they gave us plenty of time to leave one unit and move into another and didn't charge us for both units. If you're looking for a unit in the area, definitely check Summit before anywhere else. I've been to a few, and this is by far the best in the area.
