The entire process was simple and smooth during this trying time.
Needing a storage unit and not having had one in over 3 decades I was not looking forward to this process. Public storage made this as painless as possible and the staff at the facility were very accommodating as well.

Very good prices, close by and easy to get to. Everything was done online but property manager still reached out to make sure I was happy and to let me know she was there if I needed anything.

So far great experience renting a storage locker here. I believe the woman who helped me is Helen. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I had a short notice to get a storage locker and move my stuff in. She made it happen!

New customer. App and key code didn't work the first time I went there. I called the number twice, 20 minutes apart . Luckily other customers used their apps to get us in and out. I was able to get help from the kiosk to get this straightened out. The person who is local did call me back later, I guess she was in transit, and she was very helpful.

YEN LI had a very bad experience using Public Storage. VERY INCONVENIENT. Assigned me into occupied space. After reassigning into a New Space, I able to store my personal things. After few days, my account was Inactive and I’m no longer able to access my personal things. BEWARE No one can assist you in person if you need help even during business hours. Furthermore, expect that you will received a message that you have a past due payment after 2 days of storage that you just paid.

Melissa EllisDo NOT rent a storage space here! We paid a premium for a “climate controlled” space that leaked water from the roof onto our belongings. When we called to address this with them we were directed to the district manager who was impossible to get a hold of and did not return our calls. After calling for 2 weeks straight my husband finally spoke to someone who basically said there was nothing they could do and that we rented at our own risk. She then offered $25 off the next time we rent from them. What a joke! We would never rent from them again and I suggest you don’t either unless you don’t mind water coming in from the roof onto your belongings.
