I was recently in need of a temperature controlled storage unit. I went on Sparefoot to comparison shop for pricing. I did check the search box for this option. Public Storage had the best price. Due to the size of what I was moving in, I went in advance to make sure the unit would work for my needs. Upon arrival I found what I had reserved was NOT a temperature controlled unit. The staff at Public Storage was amazing. Although I was disappointed that what I had reserved wasn't what I needed, we switched to a slightly higher priced unit (still the best price) that was temperature controlled that offered the type of door to the unit which would work better for my needs. This is a new, clean facility. Customer service is top notch. I just recommend confirming your needs even after booking. I'm unclear if the mistake is on Sparefoots end or Public Storages.

I expected getting a storage unit would be a pain in the ass. Not only was it easy, but I enjoyed it? The app is super useful. We reserved it online, paid for the lock, but arrived with the truck after the office closed. They app gave us detailed instructions on where the unit was and the lock was inside! They even left out a dolly for us to use, which was invaluable. Great experience
