We had a complicated situation with access to a unit at a different location, and even though Melissa was from another branch, she went above and beyond to help us. She took the time to understand the issue, stayed calm and professional, and helped us resolve the problem when we were really stressed and unsure what to do. Trisha BurtonI decided to get a storage unit for my 2 daughters in college I've had the closet size unit for about a year and they have jacked up the prices twice! And not small amounts. It went from $30 to $50 and now they raised it again to 74.99. It has doubled in less than a year so I'm sure there are plenty of cheaper, more reliable options out there. I will be leaving as soon as I find another solution. Wish I would have chosen a different company from the start. Once you're in you're stuck until you can plan for an alternative.You've been warned! Thanks for nothing Public Storage!
