Please read before renting here. I am writing this review to warn future renters based on what I personally witnessed and became aware of while dealing with this facility. What I observed raised serious concerns for me about how tenants’ property was handled. There were multiple situations where storage units were locked out and accessed by ownership/management, and items were removed from inside tenants’ units. Based on what I observed, this activity was not explained to tenants at the time as part of a lien sale or auction process. In some cases, tenants were not present, and their belongings were handled without documentation or explanation being provided. I personally became aware of a tenant who had multiple units, all of which were accessed, with property removed. Locks were cut, and items were taken directly from the units. These units did not appear abandoned, and based on what I witnessed, the process did not resemble the standard storage lien procedures I would expect to see. What made this especially concerning is that this did not appear to be an isolated situation. The pattern I observed included: • Tenants being locked out of their units • Units being accessed by ownership/management • Property being removed without notice or inventory being provided at the time • No clear explanation or accountability afterward A storage facility’s most basic responsibility is protecting tenants’ belongings. Based on my firsthand experience, I did not feel that standard was met here. If you are renting at this facility believing your items are secure, I would strongly reconsider. For anyone considering this facility, I would suggest: • Asking specific questions about how delinquent accounts are handled • Requesting written explanations of lien and auction procedures • Keeping detailed records and photos of your unit and lock • Considering facilities with stronger transparency and oversight A storage unit should never feel like a place where your belongings could be accessed without your knowledge. Unfortunately, that is what I personally observed here. I am leaving this review so others can make an informed decision.
