I honestly have just started dealing with Prestige as they recently took over my previous storage owners. But they really seem to care about their customers and have kept me in the loop as far as changes. When I voiced a concern about price increase, they assured me they would work with me, going as far as to help me move to another unit. The transition for my auto-pay was nearly seamless. And I am looking forward to especially the gate being upgraded as I have gotten stuck inside with a 40 minute wait time for previous owner to come let me out. Aaron and Andy have both been fantastic. Very upbeat. Always there if I have a question and willing to work with a person. I'm looking forward to our future business relationship.
CAP7AIN 7RIPSI needed a storage unit when I realized my “I’ll just put everything in the basement for now” plan was… wildly unrealistic. Turns out my basement is smaller than my optimism. So I stopped by Prestige Storage to see what they had. The guy at the front desk was great — friendly, patient, and didn’t laugh when I tried to describe the size of my belongings using hand gestures. He showed me a couple units and actually helped me figure out which one made sense. I appreciated that he didn’t try to upsell me into something twice the size “just in case,” which every other place I called seemed determined to do. The place is clean, easy to get in and out of, and feels secure. I’ve been back a few times to grab things I accidentally packed (I’m trying to be organized, but life happens), and every time the staff has been consistently nice. One of them even remembered me, which either means they have great customer service or I’m just memorable for looking confused in a storage facility. Either way—Prestige Storage made a stressful chore a whole lot easier. Would definitely recommend.

Andy and Aaron were very welcoming, easy to get in touch with, and overall made the process very smooth. The hot drinks and treats in the office were a huge bonus. Will be back, thanks again!!
