Gabriel BuleThis used to be CubeSmart. It's still the same staff working there, it's just rebranded. When they did that, they jacked up the rates. I called them yesterday to ask about a miscellaneous charge on my card and they said that was due to the rate change. I asked if there was any way we could negotiate a lower rate and they said no, only if I went with a smaller unit. Literally the next day I got another notice saying that my rate was again increasing! I'd stay away...
