I had a GREAT experience today with Ryder from Prestige Storage of Northville. He was willing to help me navigate the property for the best space to park my motorhome. He was very patient, kind and helpful in finding the most effective space and helping me process the paperwork, even though it required more time then he was scheduled to work. Stacey RosolThis place has gone downhill since the new owners took over.The lit is now full of weeds which makes it much more likely you'll get mice in your RV if you store it here. In addition, there is a new business nearby that grinds concrete/rock. The wind carries all that dust over to the lot so that units are consistently covered. Not worth the money they're charging AT ALL.
Thomas BarryPlace is not taken care of. Could not get to my trailer due to the four foot briars blocking my way. Complained last year and nothing has been done to improve the yard. Less service higher prices. I will be leaving soon.
Nathan SwicklerLooking to store elsewhere since you continue to increase the cost and can’t maintain your property. I confronted the individual working at the time and was promised that action would be taken and I’m yet to see improvements. Not to mention there’s spaces that look like it’s a dump. Managed very poorly.
Andrew EtchenNice facility, user friendly, unit was clean and doors operated very well. Fence code always worked, not overly crowded, or loaded up with contractors coming and going. Easy to notify of end of use. Auto-pay worked fine. The stretch of 6 Mile Rd. is very rough and busy with heavy trucks going to the dump. Northville sounds close, but didn't realize how far back west of Northville it was.
