I called at 4:00 and needed a unit before they closed, it was handled on the phone, they emailed me my unit # and code to get in & left a welcome package including a padlock inside.

Before signing a contract with them, they provided all of the information I needed and have me a tour of the facility. I felt that my items would be safe with the security they had in place. They corresponded with me via phone & email beforehand with all of the rules & expectations. Move in was very easy and throughout the entire process, the staff were very helpful. I had to move my items out 15 months later due to relocation and staff at Storage Sense Aurelius made the process super easy, immensely helpful, I cannot recommend this storage unit location enough!
