This place rips u off 5 years ago when 1st got storage unit was paying $100 a month which was reasonable since we went up 1 size difference & are paying $240 a month. Never have I gotten any explanation on why every year it rises any where between $15-25 the staff r rude! They charge u $45 late fee if u are 4 days late even tho you auto pay set up & something on their end the $ wasn't taken out on the 1st & when u have auto pay set up they actually take the $ 2 days before ur bill is due! I would never recommend this storage facility! Also it is not 24 hour access! I would be shocked if this review makes it publicaly viewable

I really like the open space which allows me to be able to park my vehicle and also have 24/7 access because my work schedule isn’t always the same. I’m happy that I found self storage and plan to be here for the long run

These guys have great customer service and the sign up online process was very easy, informative & they issued gate code right after payment plus I love the fact they give you the option for 24hr access!! I do a lot of marketplace buy and sell so I’m having to drop loads off sometimes at later hours or need to grab items for buyers. Sometimes we don’t get back in town until late from auctions so the times are very random and sometimes late, however their 24 access option accommodates the odd hours I need to sometimes grab/drop off items . I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for clean units,24 access options ,good prices and nice customer service! They definitely are better than other places I have rented from in the past
