Everything went well Al the agents I spoke with were courteous and helpful.
Other than the price and my storage unit door doesn't open easily at all . This would be the perfect storage place if they was cheaper and the storage unit doors had opened easier than they do.

Everything was great with the climate control unit. Property Manager Ken was great, if I was at my storage unit he would stop and see if everything was going good and if I need any help. Ken Helped with My move out process. I recommend SpareBox Storage.
EDIT 1-4-24: I never moved into the first unit and swapped for a different one after only a day, they did not refund me for the first one... NEVER EVEN TOOK THE GREEN TAG OFF.. probably going somewhere else for my storage needs.. Aaliyah was very helpful and understanding of my situation and was patient enough to stay on the phone for a few while I found the unit that would work for me. If there were more people like Aaliyah, the world would be a better place. Thank you so much!
I spoke to Rod today to get transferred into a larger unit from the one I am currently leasing, and Rod was really helpful. He made the transfer quickly and gave me a unit closest to my current one which will make the move easier. I had called two previous times and spoke to two other agents who told me that transferring units was not possible. So, this review applies to Rod's assistance only.
I have expanded my business and with the help of SpareBox Storage. That expansion is becoming a success. The reasonable rates allows me to have a larger foot print for my opperations, stretches my cash flow, allows felxability vs buying and maintaining a brick and mortar building.
