Robin was very helpful and seem legitimately concerned. That said there was some inconvenience with issues of full disclosure the gentleman that opened the door of my unit and met me on the original meeting, seem very friendly and capable, but there was a couple discrepancies, such as padlock was not free and I was told it was And an issue with the gate code was a rather large inconvenience. My first couple attempts until I reached at Robin were unsuccessful. Then Robin stepped in and was very helpful when I reached her with a temporary code.
I like how it's close and convenient. Had difficulty getting in the gate. Was very inconvenient
I've been a long time customer of this site but ever since being purchased by Prestige, I've noticed several things: Most of the cameras are filled with water, some up to the brim and they've been that way for over a year so there's no way anyone is watching this property with any sort of clarity or coverage. The front gate is sometimes open for days and someone took advantage of that and attempted to open my lock with a hammer. Whomever plows the snow at this location does a great job of piling the snow firmly up against your door so much so that you had better bring a shovel when you visit in the winter. And lastly, not a huge deal but, the weeds around the perimeter at times have grown almost as tall as I am, again, not a big deal but it does speak to the lack of effort / time / money being spent to maintain the property. Worst of all are the constant price increases, the last of which was 17 PERCENT. Time to move out.
Been having alot of issues during the winter months. Summer months were perfect. No issues at all. Now that we have snow things have totally changed. There is no removal of snow at all and the security gate is open almost every day. Have called and sent emails with photos of upwards of 12 plus inches of snow and was told they would plow once the snow stopped. Well it shows in michigan until March sometimes. As of now our unit is unaccessible and has been for almost 2 weeks now due to the amount of snow. If routine maintence would be done this would be a great place but what is the use of paying for 2 units that you can notbhave access to?
I rented three different units. Access was easy and convenient. Bonnie was helpful and they always had someone available to help. I was particularly happy and surprised by how clean the units were.
I am very new to it, but it has been a great experience so far clean and efficient are two things that I was most concerned with and so far that is what I have seen good professionalism, and the way they run their outfit
Randy, the manager has not been returning my phone calls for almost 6 months. I had a problem reserving online, so I called to reserve a second unit. Upon doing so, I also verified with the person on the phone that the unit I tried to reserve on line would also not charged to me. However, it was being charged to me for 6 months. Coming out with auto pay. When I realized this was happening I asked the money I had already paid for that other unit b credited to my future payment on the current 2. He said he would speak with those above him. He has never contacted me and that was in may!!
