They are awesome. They did such a great work. I get me a this new storage unit. I got a 5 x10 at first and it was too small. So they worked with me and got me a 10x10 especially when it was the weekend. And the first month' was a great deal for me..

jackie suttonI've been a satisfied customer for many years, with few complaints, until recently. Without any notification and without my permission, this company changed my payment due dates. I travel and had this account on auto pay to avoid missed payments. Which I have never had, not one. When I moved my belongings out and closed my account, I was charged for an additional month,$159, even though I was completely moved out before the 30th. This company changed my payment date to the 15th of the month instead of the 30th, like it had been for years. This company wrongfully charged me. Wrongfully and without permission changed my billing information. And I was brushed off by customer service who was completely unhelpful and very rude at times. I will take my business else where. This company has lost a customer for life.
