Angie did a great job she called us before we got there to see how things where going, and to completethe paperwork before the facility closed. She also texted me from her own phone with instructions on how to do everything after hours. Was a pleasure to work with.
The storage facility that I left the people were not friendly, and they were overpricing. I had to find someplace fast and convenient and Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I chose citizens storage. The property manager Ken was amazing. He made it easy for me to transfer from one facility to the next by having u-Haul rentals right there.
We have had a very positive experience so far, with friendly and helpful staff and a very clean unit. The site is secure and safe but easy to access.
