Customer service is great. The facility is gated for added security. The locks they provide upon move in are heavy duty and nearly cut resistant.

Used Axs Dewitt for about a year while changing homes. Very pleased with the customer service. Units were dry and pest free. We rented a 10 x 10 unit and price was reasonable. 24/7 access was easy with gated access. I would rent from them again and highly recommend if you need temporary storage.

The units are nice and clean, the premise is secure and they even do walk throughs to make sure locks are on and secure as on time mine was not and they got a hold of me and I went down to check it out and push the lock down more. 5/5!
