Jennifer helped me with the paperwork, it was quick and easy, and so affordable! The entire facility is clean and bright. I moved in the next day. I highly recommend this facility, and in fact, I already have!
Perfection
Jennifer is amazing and professional as can be! The young man working there is a real hard worker himself! Well salted paths and clean non odor ish facility!
Easy and convenient unit
Please with the overall move and unit. There was an issue with the inside door. Someone had knocked it off track but it has been fixed. Storage unit is clean and conveniently located.
Nice Facility But…..
The promotion and great customer service draw you in. However, the total move in price is very misleading. They hit you with the "Oh the first month is free plus the admin fee of $29" yet deliberately neglect to tell you have to purchase their $20 lock plus tax until you’ve solidified your lease so forget about bringing your own and then there’s the $16 mandatory insurance fee which brings your move-in fee to $66.19 not $29. I literally gasped because my move-in rate ended up being more than my monthly payment. As I’m typing this review, I just realized that I am the actual admin because I did everything online; from finding the price to the reservation to the finalization of the lease all via the website. I should be reimbursed for the admin fee. The staff was pleasant to work with.

The space was absolutely the perfect size super clean and most importantly i was welcomed with a welcome bag which included the storage lock definitely a different approach than other storage units i used.. Wish i knew about them before they’re super reasonable and the staff is friendly and follow up promptly. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer who was really perky and friendly over the phone she reached out to ensure I was settled in and if i had any concerns or issues. That extra step she took really put the icing on the cake, typically you sign the contract and that’s it lol but Cubesmart definitely set a different expectation and will definitely utilize them again.

They showed me and my Husband different units and gave us helpful information on both units to help fit our needs. The prices were great, affordable and the location is very clean.
