Place always kept clean as possible, great anytime access, storage area was exactly what I needed 4 my bike during the winter time, had been with spare box and previous company for over 10 years . Left due too moving from Davison. During the outboarding, l had the pleasure of working with Shanice in closing my account quickly and very professionally. Thank you once again Shanice, easiest time I've ever had in closing an account.

My door was broken. I called and they said to move in and they’d fix it. They called and said they placed their lock on it to allow access and that I had to remove mine. I went back and removed it. They called back and said I had to move stuff out of the way so they could fix it; I went back and moved stuff. Customer service has no idea what they are doing. They told me to remove their lock and place it in the drop box which would leave my unit unlocked and waiting to be fixed. I finally got them to understand that they have to leave their lock on until it is fixed , then I can place their lock in the drop box. They wanted me to go back again for the serial number on the lock so they could give me the code. I said that they must track it so just give me the code. I’ve made 3 trips and about 1 hour + on the phone with them. There is a language barrier that is very difficult to deal with.
I called customer service and was connected to Natiesha. She was very helpful and gave me all the information I required and was very pleasant to speak with. I only waited a few minutes on hold to be connected. So much easier than I expected.
Everything went smoothly from getting unit to canceling when finished. Units were very nice and Bravo assisted me with canceling when we were finished with unit and did a great job
