Very quick an easy service
I called the same day went to the facility running my spot came back two hours later to put stuff in the storage unit found that the door was frozen from the ice. The tenant came right out put salt down helped us out actually moved me to the next-door one that was available so very good service within the same day.
Best Value in Davison
I absolutely love this storage facility. The units and grounds are extremely clean. It is well lit and gated so your stuff is protected. Insurance is included in the price so if your items are ruined by a natural disaster you are covered. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage facility.

At one point, we had 3 units of differing sizes and reduced that number to 1 small unit as we slowly emptied them out. Our belongings were secure and never had a problem gaining access. The property was always clean, secure and tidy as was the office. Crystal in the office was routinely courteous and helpful. This was a great experience and we felt good about storing our property/belongings here. Thanks very much!
Brent RogersAfter almost 4 years of using the storage unit, we were happy to see our belongings were still in good shape. We were worried our washer and dry wouldn't work but it's up and running thank goodness. Everything else just needed a good cleaning. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was over the course of the 3 years our rates increased 2 times. We started with Davison Storage being approximately $125 and we ended up paying approximately $160. I understand everything increased on the consumer, but it would have been nice for the owner to take less of a profit rather than pushing his higher costs on renters. This though appears to be the norm now

Once I finished that process, and I got to the office to button up the couple minor things for copy of license, they were closed and the manager was at a different location due to unforseen issues. I called her spoke on the phone and Krystal was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with! The first night of dropping some things to storage I was very impressed with the facility 🙂
