The move in was shaky, the door needs to be updated , the young lady Melody stated she checked the door before my move in, later that evening door would not come up . As the door was broken rodents were entering into the storage space. I moved out on 12/26 I been unpacking a finding dead mice through out my bags and boxes . I pray I brought nothing to my new home. The doors needs to be updated .
DHSeventspotCalled over the phone inquired about upgrading to a larger space. Melanie answered my questions directly and without pressure. When I arrived to rent unit, Melanie again assisted me with answering questions and getting me leased and on my way. I always appreciate direct and fast service. Units are clean and easily accessible.
