Nakia, the manager on duty when I checked into to get my unit was great. She gave outstanding customer service and explained what was expected of me as a unit leasee. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this facility and it was a quick and easy move-in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing to store things.
Overall, the facility is excellent. However, a couple of issues require attention: 1. Elevator Door Timing: The door-closing timer should be extended. Currently, itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s challenging to maneuver a cart into the elevator before the doors close. 2. Pin Pad Placement: The entry and exit pin pad readers are mounted too far from the curb, making it difficult to enter a code conveniently.
