Clerk sure made everything go smoothly
I was looking around at different storage unit places. I did an online reservation but received a call almost immediately. She was asking if I had any questions she could answer. When I arrived to book my unit she was very kind above and beyond a normal clerk. Pleasant to talk with. She understood my needs and got me a very nice spot. Thank you for making this go so smoothly.

The unit was dry even when raining and very clean!
We have only just moved our stuff in, but it was pouring outside when we moved our stuff in and the unit was completely dry and cool.

Krystal even keeps the place looking neat and it appears all the drive lights work as we were there after dark. We felt safer knowing the place is well lit.

Becky RapaczThey are not available most of the time if you need to talk to a real person. You can leave a message only unless you happen to get someone in the office which seemed rarely to me. My RV was stolen last year after a break in, it was not there fault this time but then this year their gate broke and was not fixed for over a week and when I called to ask them about what kind of security they were having while the gate was broken they said nothing else would be done to protect our belongings. I found some place else to store my RV as I had lost faith in the management of the facility.
