Great people, nice facility, our Daughter got a 5x5 unit, when moving out of it she brought the wrong keys ( from Tennessee) the man on duty brought us a massive pair of bolt cutters and let me attack the lock successfuly. Our daughter had nothing but praise for the whole staff and she has used them twice.

Leah was great to work with and prices are very reasonable. I was able to store my boat with no issues and facility had easy access to use this summer. Application process simple and billing was made automatic each month.

I will never use this terrible company again. I went to put a lock on my unit and get a few things out. When moving one of the boxes what I thought was a huge spider scurried further into the unit. Leah was there and graciously offered to spray because I’m terrified of spiders. As I’m going through some of the boxes I find out it’s not a spider it’s a freaking mouse! At that point I was over it. I’ve never had rodents in my home so this is definitely something that got in another way. I decided to just take my things. Earlier Leah says I can pay by Saturday to avoid a late fee and that was fine. The day after removing my things I get a nasty message from her threatening to send me to collections. I have no desire to do business with someone who acts so emotionally over business matters. I guess when they can’t hold your item’s hostage the claws come out.

Unit was 50% off first 3months..after 3..l 3xpected the raise..but a month later l got notice they going to raise the rent after 6months..smh..so raised the price 2xs in 6months..now that's sad..and l compacted 2 units down to one..and said l was moving out..of the one..it was renewable on sunday..so l needed to be out by sat nite at 10pm..but they not even open on sundays..so they could not inspect the unit until monday..but she was kinda pricey and said u gotta be out by sat at 10pm..l was like u cannot even check it till Monday! It wood have been Nice, and no skin off her back to say just have it cleaned out by Sunday night and we bee good..even tho l did not need it..but she was hinting to me if l was not out by sat night they charging me another month..which is rediculous..No One could have rented it on Sunday as the office is closed..so you lose nothing by allowing me an extra day..and would have given me an emotional up..making me feel a little bit better than l was doing..a positive instead of a harsh negative..choices we make can make a difference..in Life..think about that
