Greg RotaJury is still out. (Jury is in...GUILTY) Gate is constantly malfunctioning and left open. Watched a homeless guy walk out yesterday. I've noticed many bay doors with sliding latches broken off. Very worried about security...and today I go to the storage again. The gate is stuck open for anyone to enter with a car and break into any unit. EDITED TODAY: 3 weeks after intial review: Don't tell me you care about security because this should be fixed immediately!! I came here earlier today and nothing has changed!! Gate wide open.... nice open door policy.

I didn't need it 3 days later... they reimbursed me with my full amount of money they were more than welcome in they actually gave me a $97 wave deposit charge me almost 50 bucks and wave that and gave so moral of the story is these people are so nice that even though I screwed up they fixed my mistakes and ask me if I they can help me in any way shape or form I would highly highly recommend this to my mother my siblings and especially my children so thank you Extra Space Storage you're amazing❤️❤️❤️💯
