I would have given it a 5 for customer service but I had called to ask if they can scan me paperwork, my daughter goes to school there I don't liver in MA so I wanted paperwork to have signed scan to me the person on the other line said that they do not scan paperwork so I asked how am I suppose to sign anything he said just come in I told him that I do not live in the area that it was for my daughter so he said just have my daughter go in and said bye. I called the next day and spoke with Yani now she was very helpful and told me that they don't scan but they can fax me paperwork and any questions I had she answered even if I repeated myself she answered me. Thanks Yani for being so helpful!!

Rob LongThe staff is excellent. Helena and Adam make a boring business seem more like part of the neighborhood. They understand the community and share news. They answer all questions. This creates a trust with clients. The office decorations make a friendlier atmosphere. I can not give a perfect score to the building. There are some very dimmly lit halls that need brighter lights. The freight elevator is antique and doesnt always work for long periods of time.

Helena is consistently available, responsive, and genuinely cares about customers, going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Any requests or concerns were handled promptly and efficiently, and communication was always clear and respectful. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service, strong organization, and true reliability. This location is exceptionally well-managed, and the manager Helena is a major reason I would confidently recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a safe, clean, and hassle-free storage experience.

ShanebizzEnded up switching over from U-Haul not too long ago to CubeSmart a little bit further drive but definitely glad I made the decision. Lena and Adam are great every time. I’m there during the day. Honestly they make me feel like I’m at home. I feel safe with my stuff being there anytime I have questions concerns about anything. They’re very attentive into me. That’s real important. I wasn’t getting that at the previous place instead of gratitude I was getting attitude lol thank you Lena and Adam you guys are great.
