Ok I would have rated it higher however there was an issue with not getting security deposit back along with being charged 2 extra months after I had ended their services. Units were nice and clean, easy access ( located on 140 in Winchendon). Will not say don’t use their services just pay attention to your billing after you end services. Take pictures of unit # along with unit empty when you leave to cover yourself. Everything is done online nothing in person. I moved out of state so won’t be using them in the future.
