Joseph LupaJust rented in the office with your manager Joe and he was amazing. He was so knowledgeable about everything and took us around to see 5 different spaces! We saw inside units and outside units and he took the time to really make sure that we were in the right storage area. This kind of service makes me want to recommend the storage lot to anyone who may be in the need for a space. Thank you Joe for the help and I look forward to seeing you in the office!
Krystal Carroll (Kriddle)Rental prices are thru the roof. Unit just went up $100 a month. OUTRAGEOUS! They suck at communication entirely. You aren't allowed 24 hour access to your own belongings. So you get charged if you try to go in "after hours." They don't plow, sand, or salt so getting into a unit is an absolute nightmare after a snowstorm. I had to go out and by my own salt so I didn't slip and fall while moving things in and out of the unit. Come to think of it at this very moment, I shouldn't have done that so I can just sue them when I do fall and hurt myself. DO BETTER!

Justin AyalaJoe was absolutely amazing and helped with my storage needs. The second I walked into the office. He did a great job explaining how storage worked and offered me merchandise to protect my items. I would absolutely recommend Public Storage to anybody look in the store his sidekick Kay was absolutely amazing as well, showing me in explaining to me the benefits of the app and signing me up for auto pay as well.
