PERFECT space for everything that I owned helping me make my move very very smooth! Chris, the general manager at the location was extremely polite, knowledgeable, helpful and guided me on the process from the start of lease, and throughout (till the very end of) my lease. The space was perfect despite when it snowed 20” where they kept the roads clear of heavy snow accumulation, making storage and retrieval of my belongings anytime accessible. Love the company and loved the people managing the property! Perfect in literally all sense!

I’ve been renting my unit at the Shrewsbury Ma. location for the past 8 years. The manager at the time was incredibly kind & helpful. He departed a few years afterwards (moved away), but I was also very pleased with his associate Russ. Russ has always been patient, helpful above & beyond, and the topmost standard of what a professional should be. I am always grateful for his assistance and anytime I get the opportunity to speak directly with him. However, the lack of 5 stars in my review comes from the experiences with recent manager (Chris ??). I was recently informed that my rate was being increased by over $50.00 (which for some may not seem like much, but for myself, as very recently became unemployed, my financial situation is substantially worse. I asked to speak with his higher up/district manager to discuss help with lowering my fee and that I’d like the discussion to involve my financial attorney so that there is no misunderstandings, as again, I have no income currently. The manager stated he would speak with district manager but would not provide contact information to me. This seemed highly unprofessional as well as on numerous other occasions of not being able to provide me with accurate information about my account. This is extremely distressing. Again, Russ to the rescue with always giving his best to smooth out any discrepancies or concerns I have. But still no contact have I ever received from district management. I got an opportunity to speak with a very pleasant young man today, associate Marck, (filling in a shift as he works at a new Worcester location). Marck was extremely patient, helpful, and soft spoken~ completely defusing my anxiety and agitation with concerns about my account fee. Russ & Marck are the type of personnel that customers want to interact with. They make a difference in what every interaction should be. It’s pride in their work, respect in how they treat others (no matter how difficult the situation may be). Marck was able to clarify any confusion I had, accepted my payment method with no issue and even asked if I had a payment method on file (which in the past I was told I was unable to do). All in all, I’ve always been satisfied with service provided by Russ and now Marck, as well. They give results of what people expect customer service to be like. I give them both 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I understand how important these ratings are for the employees, as I too, once relied on receiving nothing less than a 5 star review. It’s unfortunate that the current manager of this location makes me wish I had entrusted my belongings elsewhere. Why Russ hasn’t been promoted as management for this location is beyond me. He embodies what the experience should be for everyone who decides to rent at this storage facility. The care and consideration and heartfelt support & service Russ provides is an understanding of “This is where personal & sentimental possessions are kept for those who require great trust with their belongings”.

A ton of extra charges inflated the advertised price and booking agent quoted me half the price which was never rectified. Poor customer service, understaffed, had to shovel out in front of garage door. I mean not great.
