Mira was an excellent customer service rep. I came out in a snow storm to initiate the unit. She had shoveled a pathway and inspected the unit which was clean. She covered all concerns and questions and reviewed with patience when needed. Mira is a top notch front face for your company.

I needed a short-term rental while preparing to move out-of-state and ended up speaking with Curtis. Curtis was extremely helpful and professional and helped us decide on a storage unit that could hold all of the items that we wanted to get out of the way ahead of the move. Access to the facility was seamless with very accommodating hours. Also, I liked that I could drive up to the unit to unload rather than having to enter a building. The unit was clean and everything stored was well protected. The checkout of the unit once we moved everything to our new home was also a very simple process and Curtis had everything wrapped up within less than two minutes. I did like the app which allowed me to manage my payments online. Very easy to use and great to be able to see anytime when payments are due.

I chose to go in person and Curtis (manager) was customer service oriented and efficient. Thanks for making this process smooth.
L RThe guy that answered the phone on 2/5/26 lacks customer service skills. I wouldn't expect much out of someone answering phones at a storage facility, but at least dignity and respect should be a standard baseline. Expect the worst if you call. Update: Someone named Curtis from this location called me after I made a reservation online (before the initial phone call). The condescending tone and unprofessionalism is real with this person. AVOID

Just an outstanding really driven guy that was a pleasure to meet. I Tried all of the big name storage places, and this one is the one I'll be staying with.
