Tony WardWhile CubeSmart is easy to deal with in order to rent a unit, they do not provide easy access to the unit. I rented a unit specifically to store a car. It took me a half hour to shovel the snow from the door so I could open the door and drive the car in. I went to the unit when someone was supposed to be in the office, but no one was there for an hour after I was. The access to units is not good when there is snow
