I originally had this place reserved with their customer service department. It was reserved & was told I needed insurance on this trailer. I book for a 2 month reservation. After the reservation was set after 48 hrs later received a call. asking me when I was going to be using my reservation. I stated that my reservation says March 15th & I was trying to get everything ready as they claim they needed liability insurance on my trailer. so I was in the process of doing that. I booked this late January with a 98% chance of moving in on March 15th. The people that work at this location called me almost every other day asking when I will be moving forward with the reservation. It became very frustrating explaining to them if not daily but weekly that I have a set date for March 15th and my goal was to get the trailer registered by then. A few days go by & again same lady calls & says again we just want to confirm you're moving forward reservation. which, I explained was March 15th. I told them that if the insurance takes a little longer, I can probably go ahead & pay for the location but the trailer wouldn't be there at least for another few days after the 15th if only the insurance took longer. Not 100%. This is a one-of-a-kind trailer so it's been a process. After speaking again for the 6th time. I felt like they were trying to cancel my reservation to give it to someone else because why does anyone call so much regarding a reservation that was 2 months out. I asked her if that was going to be an issue that I would activate & move forward with my reservation without the trailer for a couple of days and she said yes that would be an issue and advised me to cancel my reservation. I said you know what, you obviously don't want my business so go ahead & cancel my reservation. Now, I'm having a hard time getting a reservation anywhere else for the size & cost that I had reserved for and locked in. I felt rushed and pushed to cancel. This isn't ok & unprofessional.
