My family members got a very helpful attendant Thank you.
While moving things out of the apartment, I fell and hit my head. I wasn't able to give my family members any info. to get in the unit. The attendant spoke with me by phone to verify any info. needed to help my family get into the unit. Thank you to the attendant and the company for making things less complicated than it could've been.

Very helpful customer service from both Paris and Wanda. I have been a customer for over 2 yrs storing my most valuable possessions.I wouldn’t trust any other facility with them. Paris was polite and was able to me out more than I expected. Wanda is always on top of making sure I make the payments so my stuff doesn’t go to auction. It’s hard times out here and it super helpful to have them looking out for me as a customer. Great facility!!!!

PARIS & WANDA help me understand how rental increases work, and they were able to request company discount for me.
