It is annoying and rude to demand all this of a paying customer. The stars are enough.

They are nice people with a good facility

The manager went out of her way to arrange a move in time that worked (no waiting in line for paperwork) and held the units for me until that time (no charge). Place itself seemed very clean and climate controlled option is great! The only thing I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t like was the required monthly insurance charge which was not quoted in the original price. You can opt out only if you have homeowners insurance and bring proof of insurance in. I was told it was a corporate policy. It should be a choice and not mandatory and be quoted in the unitsﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ estimated price when looking at quotes. Again the units and manager were great, I just donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t agree with the corporate insurance requirement policy extra charge.

This has been the easiest transition into a storage unit from a pod. They are so nice ice and accommodating. Prices are fantastic too.
