Tom did a great job of telling us about available units, finding one that was close to the elevator (very important), explaining the process to me, and getting you situated promptly. Transferring items to our unit has been extremely easy with carts available to bring items to the storage unit.

I only have good things to say about this particular Public Storage location (located at 1901 Revere Beach Pkwy, Everett, MA): 1) One can rest easy knowing that one's possession will be kept safe and in a climate-controlled environment. 2) Easy in-and-out access to one's possessions. 3) In my time of need, it was easy to communicate my situation with Deborah, who instantly knew what I was up against. She helped me find and secure an alternate storage bin space. (Thank you, Deborah!) I have just vacated my storage bin space after renting for 18 months ... Checkout process with Deborah was SO smooth! (Thanks, again, Deborah!)

Sabrina ``This place is awful, but if everything worked, it would probably be nice. Elevator has been out for a month (there is only one for the whole facility), gate codes didn’t work today so it looks like they left the side door unlocked. Floor was so icey today I saw someone almost fall. Furniture is abandoned throughout the floor—presumably because the elevator is out. There are a bunch of mattresses and frames where the carts are supposed to be. Office never has anybody in it. I’m not sure management has been onsite in quite a while. We made a complaint to public storage and management called a couple days later saying they were working on fixes. The elevator being out for a day or two is terrible in a storage facility, but a month is wholly unacceptable.
Matt BBe aware of their fee policy. You pre-paid for the month, if you moved everything out in the middle of the month there will be no refund the fee for rest of the month. Very convenient free money for them.
