When we first got there a young guy said nothing was available even though I had reserved one! We were getting a little aggravated! Then a really super friendly women came in to work and right away she fixed everything! Got our storage area and finished the application. She was very knowledgeable and very caring and friendly! Wish we had more people like het! She deserves acknowledgment and a raise!
Professional, courteous, and no waiting for our scheduled appointment. Everything I needed was available in their office such as locks, boxes, tape, moisture control products, etc. Very pleased!
Great service only thing 1 person working and had to wait 45 mins and the employee and district manager walked around the grounds
