The online paperwork made it really easy and convenient. I didn’t have to take time to come in during business hours. I came in the evening and my lock and unit were ready and waiting. Fantastic service!

Heather H.I recently rented storage at the space in Westminster, MD. Ordering the rental online was easy, allowing me to select the correct size that I needed and pay. I received a text with all information needed to access my space, making the accessing the space without even having to go in easy. I had a few questions that were quickly answered by the manager who was very professional and friendly. The space was easy to access with our moving truck and clean, even the door rolled up for us easily. Although, I could have used my own lock, I saved myself a step and chose to purchase one from the facility, very heavy duty and confident that it is a good, solid lock. Overall, very pleased. Also appreciate the month to month option and not being locked into a contract.
