I did the online e-rental and it was super quick and easy to complete online. When I arrived, I was easily able to get into the property. The only thing I would suggest is stating a disclaimer that the first number of your unit rental number is not applicable when locating your unit: ex. 1xx6 would be unit XX6. I was a bit turned around and thought I was in the wrong building but thankfully, Eric, an associate was there who explained and directed me to my unit. He also went to retrieve my pre-paid lock in less than 2 minutes and talked with me about the facility and asked if I had any questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and I'm so happy he was there to help.
On-line registration was pain-free. First time I've rented a storage unit. The instructions were texted and easy to follow, as well directions with an overhead shot of the building. All details were covered.
I only had two days to find storage. The process online made it easy to find, reserve and check it. I think the app is a plus which makes accessing the facilities convenient.
I had to viste two of the Location , and the people I meet was so ggod, I would like to thank them
Manager was very nice and very helpful. We will definitely be recommending this to other family and friends.
