I am checking out today after several years renting here. It is safe and in such a convenient location. The grounds were spotless with the manager was personally picking up trash on the property. Steven was really friendly and helpful. I would use this place again in the future.

S SAbsolutely do not use. Also has Mice found droppings in the bins in my unit. The "Price Specials" they advertise for cheap rates isnt as cheap as advertised. They offer "different online rates than over the phone". Seemed really helpful initially the office staff seems okay. Theres a price creep it was supposed to be $280 and suddenly increased to $294 without warning or prior notice. Its not worth it. My issue is that this storage is not 24hrs and it closing by 10p makes it extremely limited. In the nicer neighborhoods their storages are 24hrs. They dont donit at this one one because they treat people as if they are homeless and will try to live in them. I was harassed twice about staying past the 10p. The first time was the car and I didnt know the gate wont let you out. The second time I left the car out they were going to call a tow truck and the guy said I had to leave cant be on the premise at all after 10p. They then called and harassed me the next day. I will be removing my items from this place asap. Its also very old and dingy. Go to a different location.
