Customer service was on point and the place is clean.
I had to call to check in on my move in date due to moving, work, and office hours. The rep was exceptionally helpful. The rate offered by Sparefoot was lower than what they had in their system and the rep contacted a manager and fixed the rate to match the booking with no hassle. Very positive experience so far
The unit is perfect, I needed a unit to store a washer and a few other things. The location of the unit is perfect, because it is very close to the door. It was very clean and I like the temperature control in the building.

That’s annoying and ridiculous! The doors are locked and cannot be unlocked or entered! All doors Not first This is the second time in a week Come on! We are paying for access from 6am to 10pm!! Update January 15 2026: From 3 starts to 1! I am having this access problem many times during the week!!! In one week, 3 times!!! 7pm 8.30am 9am!! If it happened once! I won’t complain! But keep happening! Can’t you fix this issue? I loved my first month's experience, but now, after raising my monthly payment 100%, and this access problem, I am moving out! Horrible customer service experience
Do not put your belongings in this storage unit facility. First They raised my rent to $175 a month upon inspection of my unit, I discovered water damage but the most extreme was Raccoons and rats were fighting in my unit a animal decomposed in my unit which resulted in all of my belongings having a foul excruciating odor, it was blood on everything even with maggots in the blood and this company insurance only offered me $500 but said they taking $100 out leaving me with $400 for all of my belongings. That’s unacceptable I’m filing a class action lawsuit against them do not put your stuff here.
It’s really ridiculous how they’re raising prices after 3 months of move in!!! From 80 to 135!!!!!!!!! Waiting for people to stabilize, move their stuff, then raising prices 50%!!!!!!!! Not even 10% or 20%!! 50% !!! This is ridiculous! I will move out next month Bad pricing strategy! You should have at least one year price fixed policy!
I had a good experience with an excellent worker named Shawn. Man he did an exceptional job making the sale. I am a manager, he did exactly what a worker should do to make the sale. Very impressive. I might want to make him an offer to work for me.
I had an excellent experience today at Self Storage Plus – Randallstown thanks to Jazzmen. From the moment I walked in, she was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through the rental process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable with everything before finalizing. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor turned what could have been a stressful task into a smooth and easy process. The facility itself is clean, well-organized, and secure, but Jazzmen’s outstanding customer service really made the difference.
