I left a storage facility during a house move to save on money since I wouldn’t have anywhere to store my larger items and experience a cleaner storage facility that had access beyond 9pm so I didn’t have to cut my move short on the semi later nights of hauling and moving things. I managed to find Prestige after comparing prices I was pretty excited to be able to cut my cost in half with the 3 months 50% off. Danielle was so accommodating meeting my needs and pickiness on location of storage units. She was extremely kind and patient during what I felt was one of the most stressful times of life. She continues to be phenomenal and communicate without missing beat. The only concern I had was the X’s and beam covers but when storing they didn’t affect my stacking or space- I barely noticed they were there. As of March 2025, 7 months later, my rent is being increased 70$ on my unit on ground level since I had a mold issue on the upper levels in November 2025 and had to relocate and the only place they could relocate me was ground level. They have limited larger sized units and mainly on ground level and as you know ground level is usually more costly.

Update (11/25) - Just moved out...did not need the unit anymore and it's far away from where I am living in Virginia. I maintain my comments below and the move out process was quick and easy. Not too bad the day before Thanksgiving! Prestige Storage (Pasadena) is a nice, clean facility. I was able to setup my rental online, on a holiday, in less than ten minutes. I got 50% off my first three months. Upon arrival, when I realized the assigned unit was not what I had paid for their customer service people responded within minutes and provided a new unit right next to the elevator (worth the minor hassle). The app they use made it easy to get in and out as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the Annapolis/Baltimore area.

I got a good bargain on a 5'X10' storage unit on an upper floor. A very clean, new building with excellent security. Dolly carts in the lobby were very helpful in loading in. The Manager, Danielle, did an excellent job of helping to choose a storage unit and then explaining the options and terms of the lease agreement! I would highly recommend!

PS was very helpful in moving in and at 1/3 the cost of my last storage locker. Dallas is very friendly and made the paperwork easy to follow. So simple! TS

These guys are about as shady as it gets. They will increase your rent 4x to 7x within 6 months from move in. Was told by their director it is their POLICY to do so. They have broken their word to me twice now. Stay away. Edit: I contacted them after their response, their director said these responses are automated (shows how much they care), and can't help. Never using these guys again.
