I have 2 units at this location and the only issues I am having are one elevator is not working and people leave the carts everywhere but where they are supposed to be. I have to add that twice now a lively young lady named Brittany G assisted me with finding carts and getting me a rope for the rolling door of my unit. She has gone above and beyond helping me and is very kind and respectful. They are lucky to have someone that is that dedicated and customer service oriented.

As of today, November 28th, I have received the worst assistance from the Property Manager Cynthia at this location. I had made a phone call in the early afternoon to make a payment on the account that is under my husband’s name. At the top of the call, Cynthia was quite dismissive. Specifically, her tone with asking, “What are you calling about” appeared that she had much disdain at the mere fact of my calling. When I gave her the account information, I asked a follow-up question to clarify why a charge was on the account. She proceeds to respond by saying that she cannot see my name anywhere on the account so she cannot authorize any further processing of the payment. We’ve had this storage unit for 10+ years with no other Public Storage employees having difficulty finding my name in the account. She is the only person that has been unable to do this. We’ve had a couple of instances with Cynthia previously where she had been disrespectful and unprofessional. I noted this to her on the call, and she questioned my reasoning for calling given that I was already familiar with how she handles customers. She said it seemed that I was trying to stir trouble. I clarified that I only wanted to make a payment, but she raised her voice and repeatedly stated that I was not authorized to do anything on the account. She abruptly hung up the phone so I called back in. We proceeded to go back and forth regarding her refusal to help me. Ultimately, she hung up on me for the second time. This woman should not hold a customer-facing position. I’ve worked with dozens of Public Storage employees throughout the years who have all been delightful and diligent in their work. Speaking of diligent work, I visited the 1876 Lamonte Ave location and received exquisite service from Amanda and Ashlyn. They are exemplary of the service I expected to receive, and were a breath of fresh air after my exchange with Cynthia. Any further business I have will be done through the Lamonte Ave location because no customer should be treated as I was. This is unacceptable, and certainly not indicative of a managerial position.

I had the pleasure to meet with a very pleasant young lady name Cynthia at the Telegraph Road location. She was very helpful and knowledgeable in storage rentals. She did an amazing job and helping me upgrade my unit. I works recommend her to anybody

Only staff member I've met so far was Ms. Cynthia . I was having an issue with my unit and she was super fast with getting me squared away. Very polite, professional and willing to assist.

We were assisted by Brittany G in n Odenton. She was polite, professional, very knowledgeable about the move out process. She went out of her way to help us during a very stressful time. We appreciate all her help. Give Brittany a pay raise.
