I have an upcoming move overseas. Management wired with me to secure storage and arrangements for picking up the household goods from movers. Other nearby facilities were not that accommodating.

Their customer service is likely the best I have experienced in the service sector. After punching in our access code to enter the facility, they immediately sent a representative to greet us at the unit and have it unlocked and ready to use. The entire facility is spotless clean, and air conditioned as advertised. Lots of space in both elevators, and three loading docks so you don't have to fight with others for space. They also have dolley's and a bunch of moving carts to help, so you don't need to carry all your heavy boxes by hand. We completed everything online the night before, which took about 10-15 minutes to read and sign. Very easy, and comes with automatic payment options, plus insurance can be added. Would recommend to anyone. Also, during the recent covid situation, they have complementary hand sanitizer at the entrance, and everyone we saw was practicing social distancing wearing face masks. Felt very safe!
