Haven't moved in yet, but everybody's been very professional and very nice.
My overall review is the people that I have talked don't ever defend with, have just been, I would say, connect it, they just talk to you like you were a human being.

We were so happy with the kindness and helpfulness of the general manager, Lois. We needed a storage space very last minute and she was able to accommodate us and to explain everything thoroughly and answer all of our questions. Her smile and wonderful demeanor made this an amazing experience.

I was impressed with the price of the unit when i first saw it. I got a larger unit cheaper than what I was paying. Upon moving in the office staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m glad I found this spot.

Be warned, they will bait and switch on price! After my first monthly payment they sent me an email saying the price of my unit was going up 76.4%. Of course, this was after I moved all of my stuff in. I voiced my displeasure with staff who said management told them there wasn't much they could do. They offered to cut a little bit off the new price. For this level of headache, I would have gone somewhere else in the first place. This was going to be a multi-year rental for us, but we are changing our minds after this deceptive pricing scheme. It's a shame because I would much rather support a local business than go with one of the big corporate companies.

Barney LeeFriendly staff at the Hampstead location. I’ve been there since it was Lizzies Lockers. Prime Storage took over and coated the asphalt and painted the exterior of all the units. Reasonable rates easy accessibility and secure.
