I rented space there for 3 or 4 years and had no complaints. They were always helpful and communicated very clearly and made communications very simple and straight-forward. There were no hidden costs or flip-flopping rates. Billing was always clear and correct. They were specifically helpful on several occasions when I needed help with my locks. They were a delight to do business with. I certainly recommend them to anyone needing storage.
