Perfect place
Customer service, place and price are all great
Good, abut buyer beware of small charges
I recently moved into 2 units. My online app was not successful on the 1st. The office processed me quickly and were spot-on. I was able to complete the 2nd unit online, but they charged me for a lock! I am still researching how I missed the charge. I called to return the unneeded item & was told that I couldn't. I am awaiting upper mgmt. intervention. This is the reason for not giving 5 stars

Clean property with most of the fencing carrying barbed wire
WIFI was down, so my experience was not so good. Office personnel locked up the office and did not post any sign as to how to reach them. I had to leave a phone message! Eventually office personnel arrived and I filled-out a form by hand and had to pay with cash. The office personnel were very helpful in trying to acquire an Uber ride from this facility. That was not easy to acquire!
Bullets and Brew
I have been with this place for well over 10yrs. Ever since Cubsmart took over, the price sky rocketed. I had an indoor unit where it was supposed to be climate controlled and it was what so ever. So in turn I had mold problem, mildew problem and best yet a mouse problem. I found a better place that is bigger, actually climate controlled and way cheaper.
