I had a great experience at this storage location. The facility is clean, secure, and easy to access, but what truly made the difference was the property manager Crystal. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I felt comfortable and confident with my storage unit. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but she absolutely does.
Dawn MarieWhat a joke!!! I scheduled to have someone on there on Sunday to show me the units since i was looking for my friend. So we both went there on Sunday morning at 10 when they said someone would be there. And wouldn't you know..no one was there. I even called customer service and told them please get ahold of property manager i had an appt and no one is here. I called again a half hour later to where someone hung up on me so I was then pissed at that point. I called one last time and left a message on the machine. So unprofessional and rude to leave a customer hanging without giving a call to say they would be late or something. And to top things off the customer service rep kept saying well if you pay today we can get you into a unit today. Umm I dont do business like that. I want to see it before i commit. So if you are looking for something and want to see it first I suggest you skip this place.
