Pleasantly surprised by my rental experience. Anthony, the Manager was uber professional. He called to verify the reservation and to see if I needed anything to make the process smooth and easy. When I arrived to their clean facility, I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. 5 stars.

She was the most helpful employee I have encountered with Cube Smart. ConnieHello Cubesmart, this has been a wonderful experience. My boyfriend reserved a unit here and today and when I came into the office I was helped by Nia. She made sure I knew everything about my unit and even showed me how to get there from the entrance gate. Clean office, clean bathrooms. This is what customer service is!
