Nichole BlakeThe fact that I was told they have the right to up for unit every 6 months a certain amount which was a lot. Starting out it’s was about 120 about 3 years to now dang near 4. I have had to replace tv’s 3 to be exact. Clothes for me and my kids due to mice droppings and holes in them and so much more furniture also. The talk I had with the manager did not go well and I was over it. Never have I ever been through this and I will never allow this to happen again. If I ever need a storage I will not be going there again.

Online signup was pretty easy and if in Chestertown you can just stop by their office where you can also pickup moving blankets and supplies. Once the contract is fully executed you receive your access information. It was a very streamline process. I will definitely recommend Vault.

Only problems I had was when they raised their prices without any notice and being harassed by someone who claimed to work there. We definitely felt uncomfortable after our incident with that man and decided to no longer keep our belongings there. This was the Chestertown location.
