We arrived on an weekend and were surprised to be greeted by Bonny, one of the owners, who went above and beyond to check with Steven, one of the managers, on our reservation and continued to explain everything in detail AND we had forgotten our paperwork, but Bonny sorted everything out. The facility has flatbeds to help with unloading and is extremely clean and well lit. We highly recommend this family owned business for the cleanliness, customer service and quick response time in answering questions!
