The Only problem I had was I Upgraded to Climate Control and a Larger unit; losing outside garage door. They do provide 2 carts per building though.

Extra Storage in Abingdon and Edgewood have excellent customer service and are so easy to deal with. They go the extra mile to make sure your experience moving in goes smoothly. The facility is clean, modern and have very good technology especially using thier app. I am storing two of my classic cars there and coud not be happier with the units. Even the locks supplied were high quality.
