So it was a little hard to find. I was expecting to see it from the road and a much bigger sign. The sign is very tiny and I passed it before realizing it. Plus it is a dirt road. Thought it was someone's long driveway. There is no gate as described, which I had to set up a code for and then didn't need it. Overall, we found it and moved things in. It may be a good thing it's not visible from the road. This way no one is apt to vandalize it. Or no one will see it happen should it happen.
